Haidy Malik
Vice President
Mr. Malik is a Vice President on BlackRock’s US Private Capital team. Prior to joining BlackRock, Mr. Malik was an investment banking associate at Ducera Partners where he was responsible for executing in-court and out-of-court restructuring, financing and other strategic transactions across a variety of industries, representing corporate borrowers and institutional creditors. Mr. Malik began his career at Citigroup where he was a member of the High Yield Credit team and later the Consumer/Retail coverage group within the Corporate and Investment Banking division.
Mr. Malik holds a BS in Finance from the Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University.
