Jerrold B. Harris

Jerrold B. Harris is a Director of BlackRock Capital Investment Corporation. Mr. Harris has been retired since 1999. From 1990 to 1999, Mr. Harris was President and Chief Executive Officer of VWR Scientific Products Corporation (which was acquired by Merck KGaA in 1999). From 1996 to 2007, Mr. Harris was a director of the BlackRock Liquidity Funds. Mr. Harris was a Director of the active exchange-listed funds comprising the BlackRock Closed-End Fund Complex from 2007 to 2017. Mr. Harris was previously a Director of the Delta Waterfowl Foundation and Henry Troemner LLC and is currently a director emeritus of Ursinus College. Mr. Harris earned a B.S. degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1964.
