Mr. Lockhart is a member of Blackrock's Global Credit Platform. Prior to joining TCP in 2014, Connor was a Senior Associate at Hercules Technology Growth Capital, within the Energy Technology Group. Before Hercules, he held positions at Ennovance Capital, Fidelity Investments, and State Street Global Advisors.
Mr. Lockhart earned a B.S. from Villanova University.
